We have built our AI system to be customizable as well, so not only we will have our own set of behaviors, but the community will also be able to expand that quite massively. Game difficulty is not just a numbers game at all, we understand that. Hytale Servers allow players to connect to large online communities with other Hytale players and engage in a variety of different types of gameplay. Small games are usually free to play, usually. Meaning that giving the game for free would be a comeplete lose. But, more than half of the Hytale gameplay is in singleplayer (a full rpg-like story to discover and your sandbox worlds), and many players won’t even play multiplayer. I should have clarified in my reply to avoid confusion, when I talk about the difficulty it includes AI as well. That’s why most AAA singleplayer games are pay to play. It would be pretty poggers if in Hytale there was an item that functioned like a bestiary, which details information about previous enemies you encountered, and it could be split into 2 parts where one details tips and gameplay elements regarding them, and the other is in regards to lore. I agree my tweet reply was a bit confusing, I was in the middle of replying to other tweets and wanted to clarify worries in regards to the difficulty (some talked about AI being dumb, others talk about dmg/hp being too easy).
